However, e-Learning is also one way to meet the needs of student learning styles.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAlthough e-Learning is commonplace for adult learners, there is one state that is devoting funds and effort to make e-Learning available to K-12 students. Conduct a search of YouTube using the following keyword phrase:<br \/>\n<br \/>\nArizona K-12 e-Learning Initiative <br \/>\n<br \/>\nView the short video on the Arizona K-12 e-Learning Initiative.  Then, reflect on the following focus questions:<br \/>\n<br \/>\nFocus Questions:<br \/>\n<br \/>\nBased on your own teaching and\/or work situation, is e-Learning a possibility? Explain briefly.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWhat do you see as possible within your teaching and\/or work situation with regard to e-Learning? <br \/>\n<br \/>\nWhat are the benefits?<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWould e-Learning be an effective means for delivering instruction in your situation?<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPost initially and then respond to at least two others. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nBe sure to use outside sources to support your thoughts.
